Appearances: Abby Myskowski. Question about leasing the building previously used by WALCO, 64 High Street, Bradford. Abby explained that their business would involve vehicle maintenance and light automotive repair. Katie said that plan would involve a change of use of the property and would require a site plan application. Abby has heard from the owner that he is not interested in a site plan application, but she will explore the matter further. Details of a site plan application were discussed.
Unfinished Business:
Site Plan Fisherfield apartment condo conversion Map 16 Lots 73,77 & 82. Condominium documentation is being reviewed by attorneys. Town attorney comments have been received by the Planning Board. The main concern for the Town of Bradford is that the condominium does not put the Town at any liability.
Drafted driveway permit standards for review. The Planning Board has not received any new drafts of the driveway permitting standards. The Board generally agrees with the plan presented by the Highway Department.
Surface Water Overlay District. Documents have been received and reviewed by the Board.
Motion: Carol Meise moved that the draft of the Surface Water Overlay District plan be forwarded to the Town attorney for review and comments.

Planning Board Communications: A public hearing for the Capital Improvement Program will be scheduled for Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 7:00 pm, to be posted in two places and on the Town website, bradfordnh.org.
