You are hereby notified that on March 25, 2025, the Bradford Planning Board voted to CONDITIONALLY APPROVE the Conditional Use Permit, Wetlands Permit located at 493 Center Road, Map 6, Lot 26 located in the Residential Rural zoning district, with a vote of 4-0, all in favor. The condition for approval is as follows:
Native vegetation will be planted as needed to reclaim slopes as appropriate.
Note: The conditions of approval must be met within 180 days or the application will be considered null and void. The applicant may request, in writing, an extension.
