Motion: Bill Duffy made a motion to approve the January 8, 2025 minutes as written.

Receipt of applications: Application for Variance, Little Projects Investment Realty, May 3, Lot 25, 2552 Rt. 103, Bradford, NH
Review of application for completeness: An additional $15 is needed to send notice to the applicant. The Board made a correction to Map 3, Lot 035-01. The Board discussed with the applicant the necessity for more detail in answering the questions on the application.
Motion: Nathanial Bruss moved to accept the application as complete with the condition that the five questions be answered in more detail and an additional $15 for notice mailing be submitted by February 14.

Motion: Bill Duffy moved that the Zoning Board of Adjustment agreed that this application is not of regional significance.
