Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes
November 6, 2017
Pledge of Allegiance
Meeting called to order at 5:30PM
Roll Call- Sonny Harris, Selectman; Jim Bibbo, Selectman; and Marilyn Gordon, Treasurer were in attendance (John Pfeifle, Chairman and Karen Hambleton, Town Administrator were not in attendance)
Appearances:
- Laurie Buchar- Schoolhouse Signs: Laurie brought a map of all the old schoolhouses in Bradford and informed the Board that the Historical Society has had signs made for them. She has already placed them at all the locations except for the Town Hall. She requested permission from the Board to put a sign up there. The Board decided that the best option would be to place the sign on a post outside the construction area and then once construction is complete to have the sign attached to the front of the building.
Regular Business:
- The Board accepted funds for the Town Hall Restoration Trust Fund
- The Board signed Intent to Cut Map2/Lot29
Pending issues/Other Business
- Town Hall: Jim read the motion the Town Hall Restoration Oversight Committee passed on November 1, 2017. Please read minutes from that meeting on the website for more information. He also informed the Board that there is a work session on the Town Hall tomorrow at 11:00 at the Community Center and this is open to the public.
Minutes of October 30th meetings were reviewed and accepted with no changes.
The next Selectmen’s meeting will be held on Monday November 13, 2017 at 5:30 at the Bradford Community Center.
