Call to Order and Roll Call:
Phil LaMoreaux, Chair opened the meeting at 8:55pm with Barry Wheeler, Sonny Harris, Bill Glennie and Marge Cilley Secretary present. Barbara Vannata, Marcia Keller and Jim Bibbo, Alternate were absent.
Review and Consideration of December 29, 2009 minutes:
Motion was made by Bill Glennie to approve the December 29, 2009 minutes. Sonny Harris seconded. Motion carried 4-0.
Wireless Communications Towers:
Because of the timing, it was decided to not do anything this year, but be prepared for next years town meeting.
Workforce Housing Ordinance:
A few more edits need to be done and will be ready by Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010.
The Sign Ordinance:
The Sign Ordinance will be forwarded to the Secretary to distribute.
Conservation Commission:
The Conservation Commission appeared before the Planning Board before there was a quorum tonight and presented their Natural Resource Inventory Maps. They are also available on line through Bradford NH.Org. in the section on town Boards.
To Do Folder:
The Selectman are following up on continued enforcement for non-compliance on Mosaic Artiques, Carolyn Demers.
