BACC Committe Meeting, February 17th, 2010

Directors Report:
Farmers Market budget reduced by half.
Yoga – January payment was made.
Emergency Shelter looking for estimates to install showers.
Generator maintenance was performed on January 29th, 2010.
Alarm inspection.
Elevator button would cost approximately $195.00.
Artist Program- Sandy Wadlinton moving forward with woodblock demo and show.
Homosote panel will need to be purchased, hung and painted.
Senior, Ona –
Dick Smith visited and spoke on stress and diabetes. Have joined forces with Henniker quilters and are trying to make 1,000 pillow cases for homeless shelters, battered women shelters and some veterans.
Ellen – Health –
LSRVNA has expanded into Lebanon and Enfield.
Annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, 2/23/10, at the Wilmot Community Center.
Karen – Preschool –
Bunny brunch April 3rd, 2010.
a special needs person and her caregiver will be volunteering in the preschool 1-2 hours per week 1 hour/day.
Valentines Day made hearts for overseas soldiers.
Parks & Rec – Kate –
Bike parade in the spring – 4th of July.
French’s Park items done in past shift work to highway dept.
Beef roast, baton, swim lessons in summer.
Warrant article for Natures Circle not approved by selectman, approved by budget committee 4-3
