The Bradford Zoning Board of Adjustments held a Public Meeting on November 6th to conduct a property Site Walk related to a Building Lot Variance Application for George Neuwirt, Map 17/Lot 35. The Public Hearing for this Application is scheduled for November 7, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Bradford Area Community Center.
The Site Walk commenced at 3:12pm
In attendance:
Members: Brooks McCandlish Chair, Bill Duffy Vice Chair, Stephen Pierce, Nathanial Bruss, Alternates Ken Parys and Bob Hodges
Public Attendees: Phil Hall, Ann Eldridge, Sonny Harris, Charlie Spaulding, Brian Rondeau
The Board walked the lot and discussed the proposed building layout, lot boundary and ground conditions.
Brooks discussed the Variance process with the abutters in attendance and the meeting was closed at 3:24pm.
The applicant did not attend the meeting and the proposed structure was not staked out.
