Board of Selectmen Meeting
November 13, 2018
Pledge of Allegiance
Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm
Roll Call- Jim Bibbo, Chairman; John Pfeifle; Michael James and Karen Hambleton, Town Administrator were in attendance.

Regular Business:
- The Select Board reviewed Town’s portion of the tax rate. In 2017, it was $9.21. For 2018, it will be $9.22. The total tax rate was $26.40 in 2017 and is increasing to $26.95 for 2018. Of the $0.55 overall increase, only $0.01 is attributable to the Town.
Motion: John Pfeifle motioned to accept the new tax rate of $26.95
Second: Michael James
Vote: 3-0 in favor
- The Board reviewed bids received to install a heating system at the Town Hall.
Motion: Michael James motioned to accept Legacy Plumbing’s bid, option #4, for $19,400.
Second: John Pfeifle
Vote: 3-0 in favor
- John Pfeifle agreed to draft a Q3 update for The Bradford Bridge.
- Karen was asked to follow up on the status of the granite work at Town Hall and the Board discussed disposal of the excess rocks that are onsite. John has an individual that is interested in taking the rocks, if the Town could deliver them. Steve Hall, Town Road Agent, has also discussed some options for usage of the rocks with Karen. John will follow up with Steve Hall.
- The MS1, Summary of Inventory Valuation report, was signed.
- Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifest were reviewed and signed
- The meeting was adjourned at 5:25pm.
The next Selectmen’s meeting will be held on Monday November 19th, 2018 at the Bradford Area Community Center.
