TOWN OF BRADFORD
PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
January 28th, 2020
The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm.
Members Present: Pam Bruss (Chair), Claire James (Vice Chair), Carol Meise, Carol Troy and Planning Board Secretary Katie Olohan.
Members Absent: Tom Dunne, Marlene Freyler, Laurie Colburn, Michael James (Selectmen), Alternates Steve Chase and Doug Troy.
To Do:
- Review and consideration for the December 10th, 2019 minutes.
Motion: Carol Troy made a motion to amend the word therefor to therefore located under appearances on the first page of minutes located in the first paragraph. Pam Bruss made a motion to change the spacing located on the second page in the second bullet; The name Matt to be single not double spaced.
Second: Carol Meise
Decision: All in favor 4-0
- Review and consideration for the January 14th, 2020 minutes.
Motion: Claire James made a motion to approve the minutes for January 14th,2020.
Second: Carol Troy
Decision: All in favor 4-0
Appearances:
- At 7:11pm Pam opened a Public Hearing regarding Accessory Dwelling Units. Claire read into the record. The meeting was opened to the public at 7:22pm. No public present. The meeting was closed to the public at 7:23pm. Meeting closed at 7:24pm.
Motion: Carol Meise motioned to remove the word attached located in line 1. Grammatical correction located in line 5. Lines 6,7 & 8 to be moved to the bottom and turned into 11a and 11b.
Second: Carol Troy
Decision: All in favor 4-0
- Sign and town ordinance discussions will resume come spring.
Master Plan Update: Final draft under review. A public hearing will be targeted for late February.
Planning Board Communications:
- The next Planning Board meeting will be held on February 11th, 2020 at 7:00pm.
Motion: Pam Bruss motioned to adjourn at 7:34pm.
