Members: Brook McCandlish (Chair), Ken Parys (Vice Chair), Bill Duffy and Beth Downs.
Review minutes of May 5, 2021. Motion to accept minutes made by Ken Parys, seconded by Beth Downs. The motion was unanimously approved.
No new applications.
Brook asked the members to continue to think about any changes or updates to zoning regulations.
New business or communications. With the mandates being lifted we will be required to meet in person by our next meeting July 7, 2021. Zoom will still be available for those who want it. A few questions were asked by Kristen Mihaly about her property on Old Sutton Road, Brooks answered the questions and has heard nothing further.
