Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7, by the Bradford NH Planning Board. A site walk will be conducted on April 23rd, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The location of the site walk is 408 Fairgrounds Road, Bradford NH, 03221 Map 5 Lot 114 and Map 5 Lot 12. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday April 23rd, 2024 located at 134 East Main Street, Bradford NH 03221 and remotely via the Zoom platform during its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, for a site plan development review request by applicant Kathie & Roy Joseph Messer.
This proposal is located on 408 Fairgrounds Road in the Town of Bradford parcel identified as Map 5, Lot 114 located in the residential/rural zoning district. The applicant is proposing a subdivision of a one single family residential lot to be serviced by a private well and septic from Map 5 Lot 114 and on Map 5 lot 12 a lot line of adjustment.
