| The licensed plumber estimate, for work to be completed at the Sunny Plains Cemetery, was approved. This work will be performed in 2025 (date TBD). Dawn Gezelman with contact the plumber to confirm this. |
| Dawn Gezelman was unable to complete the Colby Cemetery assessment prior to snow arriving. She will complete this assessment in the spring of 2025. |
| The Trustees will review all cemetery assessments and create a priority list of work to be done in 2025, including work to be completed by Cornerstone. |
| Marlene Freyler will follow-up two tree service companies regarding the removal of numerous tree limbs in several of the cemeteries. |
