Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of February 23, 2016 reviewed and approved with no changes.
Master Plan:
Final draft is complete and Claire James will print off 300 copies that will be handed out at the town Meeting on 3.9.16. It will be added on the final draft that surveys are to be completed and returned on or before March 30, 2016.
To Do Folder:
A letter from William Kranz was presented to the Board expressing his concerns with allowing a commercial project in a residentially zoned area. He also expressed his concerns of the potential noise pollution that could come along with this project.
Corvus Update:
Jim Bibbo explained to the board and other residents of Bradford that attended tonight’s meeting, that on 2.23.16 Corvus came to the planning board meeting and gave a conceptual presentation of their potential plans of opening a multidimensional training facility here in Bradford. The group was given an application and was told that they would have to get a special exception from the Zoning Board.
It was also mentioned that Corvus would like to hold an informational meeting on March 26th, but a location has not yet been identified.
Other Business:
March 8, 2016 is election night for Bradford and if Jim Bibbo is elected as Selectmen he will not be able to continue as Chair of the Planning Board. If Jim is elected, Erich Caron, current Vice Chair, will have to open the next planning board meeting on March 22, 2016 and also at that meeting there will need to be elections appointing the new Chair and Vice-Chair of the Planning Board.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
Meeting adjourned at 7:35pm
