Review minutes from April 11, 2024 meeting BD/JD
Motion: Beth Downs made a motion to approve the April 11, 2024 meeting minutes as written.

Review of Budget and Expenditures:
Beth reported that there are no concerns on the part of the Select Board. Consensus of the Committee is that expenditures are in line with the budget.
2nd Quarter Expense Review: Questions:
Jen asked about how the fireworks expenditure would be handled since the cancellation of the 2024 display. Beth reported that that the expenditure and donations would be rolled into 2025.
Other Business:
Questionnaire Update: Goal is to have a resident survey ready for the September 19 meeting.
Schedule Next Meeting: Thursday, September 19, 6:30 pm, subsequent schedule to be determined then.
Department Head meetings with Committee members will take place in September – October.
