The meeting was called to order at 7:04.
New member introduction
The group introduced themselves.
Brief general overview of 2019 CIP (Claire)
Claire gave an overview of the CIP process as well as the documents used.
Proposal for departmental interviews schedule
The group outlined a schedule for the fall process of requesting CIP forms and following up with department interviews. Karen will send Carol the contact information for the department heads as well as the CIP request form. Carol will send the forms to departments heads requesting information by July 13th. Department interviews will be held in August.
Other Business
The Committee reviewed an updated version of the 2020 CIP Summary sheet and discussed the planned versus actual expenses on it.
Schedule next meeting
The next meeting will be July 20th at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be followed by meetings on August 3rd and 17th in which discussions will take place with department heads regarding their requests.
