Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
- Priority is to obtain and review current MS-9 forms/financials. Marlene is working to get date(s) available in August. This will allow Cemetery Trustees to accurately evaluate perpetual care funds and financial reporting.
- Discussion on replacement of watering system at Sunny Plains
- Verified have existing plan of system
- One lot (perpetual care) explicitly for watering system; balance believed to be around $11k
- Need to determine what additional lots are perpetual care to see what percent of monies may be applied
- Jarna offered to begin researching irrigation companies
- Agreed to obtain at least 3 bids; would like completion for Spring 2021
- Stone care/maintenance; once again need to determine what lots have perpetual care to determine applicable percent of monies
- Brief discussion on future procedures for cleaning of stones; researching companies available
- Katrina offered to create a database identifying all perpetual care lots (accounting, location, etc.) based on information given to Marlene; will cross reference with existing records and will perform audit once current MS-9 and financial documents provided and reviewed.

Plans for Next Meeting:
Meeting with Trustees of Trust Funds to obtain updated financial documents
Future discussions: continued discussion on watering system; need for updating burial/lot maps – add deeds; fence at Sunny Plains to be fixed; fence at Union to be completed; cannon balls; review/verify if additional space at Union Cemetery.
