| Group | -The current 2023 and proposed 2024 budgets were reviewed. It was agreed that $100, from the Contract Services–Plumbing, Electricity and Supplies line items (for a total of $300) will be reallocated to the Wages–Town Landscaping line item. This pay raise (for Fritz) was agreed upon. All work (by Fritz), beyond normally schedule work, will require an estimate submitted to Marlene for her review and approval before this work can be approved. -The Committee unanimously approved the cost of Fritz removing the cemetery fencing at the Baptist Church. -The recent cost to reset and repair headstones was $11,000+. -The Care Maintenance (Trust) Fund will pay for the regulation signs that will be posted at the cemeteries (3). -The cemetery rules and regulations were reviewed. Dawn will submit the proposed sign language, an updated version of the rules and regulations and a handout sheet (to be distributed when burial plots are sold) to the other Committee members for their review, comments and/or approval. | ||
