CIP COMMITTEE AGENDA
MONDAY, OCTOBER 30th, 6 pm (immediately following the Select Board meeting)
- Call meeting to order.
- Review Minutes from last meeting.
- Discuss chair’s proposed CIP recommendations for departmental projects and adjust as needed.
- Discuss Fire Department CIP allocations (with Mark Goldberg, if he is available to attend) to confirm annual CIP allocations for departmental project requests and future growth.
- Review and compare tax impact from last year to the coming year’s proposed projects
- Confirm which CIP committee members will be in attendance at the November 16th Budget Committee meeting to help present and discuss the final draft of the CIP
- Any other business
