ZBA: The Chivers’ application for an auto recycling business has been postponed. The town has no jurisdiction to address the State requirement for a 660 ft. setback from the highway (Rte 103). We have also received notification
of the Fournier’s application to build a house on a non-conforming lot (.67 acres) on Davis Rd. The environmental impact will be assessed by George, Ann, and Patty on June 21 at 5:00 p.m. The ZBA hearing is June 27. The proposed
communication tower on Rte 114 needs special exception for the tower site, and a variance for the height. An application has yet to be submitted to the ZBA.
Planning Board: Valley Excavation wants to do further excavating at the gravel pit operation on Breezy Hill Rd. It is outside the 100-year flood zone. The public hearing was June 12.

Bradford Hazard Mitigation Plan: Brooks McCandlish has participated in the formulation and completion of this plan, which will enable the town to qualify for FEMA assistance.
NRI: Fine-tuning and finalization of the NRI will be Tuesday, July 10 @ 7:00 p.m. at the library.
Meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
