The meeting began at 6:00. Present was Scott McCaskill (chair); via Zoom were Matt Monahan (CNHRPC), Jim Bibbo, Stan Ovrevik, and Mel Pfeifle. Also present were Kelly McCaskill and David Eneguess.
The meeting was given over to Bridgett Beckwith, Tax Incentive Program Manager with the NH Division of Economic Development, who was attending via Zoom. She gave an overview of the Economic Revitalization Zone program, and touched on some important details. Discussion with the group covered expansion of existing zones, creating additional zones, and the areas that might be suitable for, or benefit from, such additional zones.
Bridgett also suggested some additional people within the Department of Business and Economic Affairs that may be of assistance to us. We will try to have them attend a future meeting.
A short group discussion was had about other programs that we should look into over the coming year.
The meeting ended a few minutes past 7:00.
