Minutes from 01.17.2022 meeting were approved
The ERZ Tax Relief program has been approved by the Select Board. Matt will have a map created that shows the RSA 79-E and the Revitalization Zone shown on a single map and the Committee will work with the Town office to get this posted, along with a program summary, on the Town website so it is easy to identify these programs. Targeting to have this ready for the March meeting.
The Committee discussed the idea of promoting the Vaudeville/Theater connection in Bradford. We could promote this but what does that mean to someone seeking out that connection? Will explore with Andrew Pinard what would it take to get a Theater/Productions in Town if a space were available. Talk with Historical Society, Rural Heritage about connects they might promote.
The Committee discussed vacant properties in Town. What can be done to try and promote use of these properties? Also discussed Naughton property and potential use cases.
Teresa Pinto, NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs, will be attending the next meeting on March 21st, 2022 to discuss how the State may be able to help Bradford with Economic Development.
