The meeting opened at 6:07. Present were Scott McCaskill, Mel Pfeifle, Jim Bibbo; via Zoom were Matt Monahan (CNHRPC) and Stan Ovrevik.

The time was mostly occupied by a discussion of different properties in town, and what might be done with them. Several ideas emerged, but there is no action that we can take yet without more research.

Also discussed was how we might assist the new “Nourish” business on Old Sutton Road. Extending the 79-E zone to include the property is possible but we need to the get Planning Board involved as well.

The meeting ended at 7:20.
