Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7, by the Bradford NH Planning Board. A site walk will be conducted on May 17th, 2023 at 5:00pm. The location of the site walk is 3087 State Route 114, Bradford NH, 03221 Map 11 Lot 58. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 located at 134 East Main Street, Bradford NH 03221 and remotely via the Zoom platform during its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, for a site plan development review request by applicant Ashley Miller.
This proposal is located on 3087 State Route 114 in the Town of Bradford parcel identified as Map 11, Lot 58. The lot consists of 5.49 acres located in the residential/business zoning district. The applicant is proposing year-round residential/cottage rentals. Copies of the application will be available at the hearing and can be accessed online at www.bradfordnh.org or can be viewed at the Town Offices during regular business hours.
