NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
You are hereby notified of a hearing to be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at the Bradford Area Community Center, concerning a request by Tom Dunne and Trisha Dunne for a Variance to Article III, Section D, regarding subdividing a residential lot on a Class 6 road.
On property located at 200 + 206 Bible Hill Rd., Tax Map 7 Lot 20, the applicants propose to divide the property into two separate lots. There are currently two separate houses on the property.
