A public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at the Bradford Area Community Center, concerning an application by Mark and Laura Black for a variance to Article III, Section D 2 of the Zoning Ordinance. 

On property located at 24 East Shore Drive, Tax Map 22 Lot 13, the applicant proposes to replace an existing legal, non-conforming house with a new house and attached garage.  The new house and garage would increase the existing setback from the road, but would decrease the setback on the south side property line to less than 20 feet.
