A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at the Bradford Area Community Center,134 East Main Street, Bradford NH 03221, lower level at 7:00 pm for an Application for Special Exception by applicant 123 Main Street Owner LP, Map 17, Lot 57.
The applicants proposed project involves converting an attached barn into two additional dwelling units, resulting in a total of six dwelling units on the property.
A site walk will take place on January 2, 2024, 4:30 pm, at 123 Main Street, Bradford, NH 03221.
