A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 during a special meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, at the Bradford Area Community Center, 134 East Main Street, Bradford, NH lower level for an Application for a Variance by Judith and Richard Curless.
This proposal is located on 92 and 102 Davis Road in the Town of Bradford, NH, parcel identified as Map 22, Lots 29 and 30. The applicants are seeking a variance for minimum building setbacks, minimum lot area, and minimum contiguous road frontage requirements to construct a suitable driveway that is entirely on Map 22 Lot 30. Copies of the application will be available at the hearing or can be viewed at the Town Offices during regular business hours.
