Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7, by the Bradford NH Zoning Board of Adjustment. A site walk will be conducted on August 7, 2023 at 4:30 pm. The location of the site walk is 3087 State Route 114, Bradford NH, 03221 Map 11 Lot 58. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 located at 134 East Main Street, Bradford NH 03221 during a special meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, for an Application for Special Exception by applicant Ashley Miller.
This proposal is located on 3087 State Route 114 in the Town of Bradford parcel identified as Map 11, Lot 58. The lot consists of 5.49 acres located in the residential zoning district. The applicant is proposing year-round residential/cottage rentals.
