You are hereby notified that on April 23rd, 2019, the Bradford Planning Board voted to CONDITIONALLY APPROVE the Modified Site Plan for Unless, LLC. as submitted to the Board on March 26th, 2019, for property located at 11 West Main Street, Bradford, NH Map 16/Lot 105, located in the Residential Business zoning district, with a vote in favor of 4-0. Conditions are as follows: The Planning Board will receive a current Site Plan, dated and signed by an engineer, which outlines all new parking spaces as outlined on the sample map provided with the Modified Site Plan Application.
