Call to Order and Roll Call:
Marcia Keller, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:03pm with Phil LaMoreaux, Vice Chair, John Greenwood, Jim Bibbo, Sonny Harris, Bill Glennie, Caryl Walker, Alternate, Mark Keith, Alternate and Marge Cilley, Secretary present. Barry Wheeler, Selectmen’s Representative absent.
Review and Consideration of December 27, 2012 minutes:
Motion was made by Phil LaMoreaux to approve the December 27, 2011 minutes as presented. Seconded by Jim Bibbo. Bill Glennie was absent at that meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
Matt Monahan, CNHRPC sent the review for Dependable Dumpsters and it needs to be forwarded to Harriet Hobbs. It was stated that the application cannot be reviewed until a letter is received from Harriet Hobbs authorizing Dependable Dumpsters to be on her property.
To Do folder:
The Planning Board disapproved the Petition Article to roll back the Zoning Ordinance. That subject was raised at the Selectmen’s meeting tonight and one of the petitioners was trying to get all the signers to withdraw which is the only way it can be rescinded per the town Attorney’s office.
A brief synopsis of the Town Forum held on January 14, 2012 was presented by Marcia Keller, Chair. At this time, the Selectmen have set two Bond Hearings, one on February 14, 2012 at 6:30pm and One on February 21, 2012 at 6:30pm, to be held at the Community Center. The amount of the bond is still in the planning stage. Other topics discussed were the foundation under the town hall, heating system, sprinkler for lower level, septic system etc.
Work Force Housing:
Decision was to put explanation of the Work Force Housing in the March Bridge, prior to Town Meeting.
Buildable Acres:
Marcia Keller, Chair advised the language for the Buildable Acres was not posted in time to hold the Public Hearing which was scheduled for February 14, 2012, therefore cannot be held.
Report for Town Report:
Marcia Keller, Chair handed out the report of the Planning Board to the members for their perusal prior to giving it to Cheryl Behr to put into the 2012Town Report.
Notice of Decision:
Sylvia Hasey’s Conditions have all been met, and the mylar was signed tonight and will be recorded at MCRD tomorrow.
