Appearances: Walter Royal Building Inspector regarding James Pickman’s lot on the corner of Routes 114 and 103.
In early Sept the Planning Board received complaints from residents of the town regarding a garage built on this property. The concerns raised were access, buildable acreage, wetlands setbacks, and building use for business or personal.
After discussion between the Board and Walter Royal, it was determined that moving forward it would be helpful to determine accurate wetlands on any lots in town near the 2-acre lot size. Also re-doing the building application to include specifics about issues that might affect the buildable acreage for example steep slopes, wetlands, etc. This will be further discussed at the Feb 8th meeting.
