Meeting called to order by Jim Bibbo, Chair, at 7:00PM.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of January 26, 2016 reviewed and approved with no changes.
Master Plan:
Claire James revised the survey from the suggestions of last meeting and handed out a new draft to the board. Claire has still not heard back from Parks and Recreation but they are meeting on 1.28.16 and will go over their section of the survey and get back to Claire with any changes or suggestions. It was also suggested that the board reach out to the Bradford Sutton Newbury Youth Sports for any suggestions for the survey. The Historic committee does not meet till May so Claire emailed them regarding their section to see if they had any suggestions or changes and Claire heard back from one member stating that there is no need for any changes. The board continued to review questions #28 through #38
There was some discussion around the pros and cons of having a roundabout at the intersection of Rt.114 & Rt.103- Claire James volunteered to look into who is currently responsible for paying to have the traffic lights operating 24/7
A final draft of the Master plan will be presented at the next meeting on 2.23.16
Sign Ordinance:
The board was presented with the sign ordinances from the surrounding towns of New London, Newbury, Sutton, Henniker and Warner. The board would like to review these ordinances and add to the agenda for 2.23.16. It was also mentioned that there should be a question added to the Master Plan regarding lit signs so that the Board can get a better feel as to how the town feels about this issue.

Members of the board were all given copies of the 2015 Municipal Law Update.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
