July 11, 2017
Meeting called to order by Erich Caron, at 7:06PM.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of 6.27.17 were accepted with the addition of adding Pam Bruss as present.
Gravel Pit update:
Claire is still working on the letter to Harriet Hobbs, once she has completed she will send it to the Board for their review and input.
To Do Folder:
- The Secretaries computer is having some issues and Bob Close said that he would be able to take a look at it at some point to make sure there is no virus and see if there is any other maintenance that needs to be done.
- July 19th, 2017 the Zoning Board is holding a special meeting at 7:00pm at the Community Center to go over the Zoning Ordinance and Garrett will be there as well because he is currently working with Pam on reviewing the Zoning Ordinance.
Other Business:
- Dunne family asked to be removed from tonight’s agenda because their attorney was not able to make it and asked to be placed on the August 8th agenda. Pam suggested that the Board all review the subdivision regulations, as this is what the Dunne family is going to present at the next meeting.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for July 25, 2017 at 7:00pm at BACC.
