Meeting called to order by Jim Bibbo, Chair, at 7:00pm

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Motion made to approve minutes of July 28 with edit to attendance and a typo. Voted 3-0, Erich Caron abstained. Chair then seated alternates Steve Chase and Marcia Keller.
Boundary Adjustment- Map 6-79 & Map 6-80
Clayton Platt, Surveyor, presented plans for a boundary adjustment to maps 6-79 and 6-80. Check for newspaper fee required. Public Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 7:00pm.
CIP Report
CIP Chair reported the CIP is virtually complete with the next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 19 where the final Municipal Improvement Schedule will be provided. CIP Committee members should be reviewing demographic chapter.
Master Plan
Master Plan survey questions discussed. Garrett Bauer will contact Mike Tardiff, CNHRPC, to discuss the questionnaire and get cost options for required work. A Master Plan “Vision Session” will be held prior to the survey send-out to get community feed-back. Claire James will reach out to possible venues for vision session and place a write-up in the Bradford Bridge. It was suggested that board members reach out to other community groups who may have a vested interest in the success of the Master Plan.
Additional Business
– Chair advised he will be sending out the Letter of Complaint to the Joint Board of Licensure regarding survey work done on Map 6-82.
– On August 1 a gravel pit inspection was conducted at Hill & Dale. Inspection details will be reviewed at the next Planning Board meeting on August 25.
– Public Hearing on changes to Subdivision Regulations is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 7:00pm.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 7:00pm.
