Mike Tardiff appeared to talk about the Plan New Hampshire MTAG program, the funding available and would the Planning Board be interested in help with a grant application. The funding available is tied specifically to housing. Mike mentioned the possibility of Bradford revising its cluster development zoning and funding through this program to help with that. After discussion with Mike and among the board it was decided that this program does not fit with the Bradford Master Plan and our rural development.
Other Communication:
Pam read a letter from the Selectboard requesting that the Planning Board draft a noise ordinance to be prepared to present at Town Meeting. Pam will draft and put together a subcommittee. Also discussed was the Zoning Boards previous request to the Planning Board that the Board come up with a Lake Massasecum Lake District building restriction guide. Another subcommittee will be formed to address that.
At 7:27 Mel is recused for the next agenda item.
Site Plan application for Map 17 Lot 2
Applicant Trask Pfeifle
Use: Dodges’ vacant building. Trask is proposing a digital printing and embroidery business on the site. A previous site plan is on file. The Board would like the septic noted on the site plan. A public hearing is scheduled for Sept 14 at 7 PM.

Next item:
Site plan change of use discussion for Map 17 Lot 67. Holly Fitzgerald to occupy the Tall Pines building. Pam will contact Holly to prepare all paperwork and have ready for the Sept 14th meeting. The change of use is debatable but there will be an increase in traffic and parking.
Next item:
Subdivision application for Map 2 Lot 9 on Old Fairgrounds Road. Applicant Scott McCaskill who is dividing one lot into two.
The Board discussed road frontage which they deemed adequate. A public hearing is scheduled for Sept 14 at 7 PM.
The Board decided to reschedule the meeting with Central NH Regional Planning from Sept 14th to Sept 28 due to public hearings scheduled for the 14th.
Site walks are scheduled prior to the hearings: Pfeifle Map 17 Lot 2 and Magistro Map 16 Lot 87 will be Monday Sept 13th at 5:00. Site walk for McCaskill Map 2 Lot 9 will be Tuesday Sept 14th at 5:30 PM
