January 10, 2016
Meeting called to order by Erich, Chair, at 7:00PM.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of December 27, 2016
Sign Ordinance There was a Public Meeting held prior to this meeting and only person showed up but they had great questions and suggestions that Pam will bring back to the subcommittee. The subcommittee is going to set up a time to meet and go over all the suggestions and put together a final draft that they will present at the public hearing scheduled for January 24, 2017
Master Plan: Dean is still working on the transportation chapter and Claire will reach out to him to see if he is still able to present a draft of the chapter to the Board in the beginning of February.
Pizza Chef: They would like to put up an awning on the building and said that they had had on previously. The Board will look at the site plan and see if there is an awning shown on the site plan, if so they can hang one up, if not they will have to come to the Planning Board and follow the procedure and have it put on the site plan.
Elections: Pam will need to run this year as she took over Jim Bibbo’s position when he became a selectmen. Claire and Mark are also up for elections
Other Business: Pam suggested to the Board that it would a good idea to have a rotation of Planning Board members to attend the Zoning Board meetings. The Board agreed and felt that it was a great idea.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday December 13, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
