Andrew Mitchell – preliminary conceptual consultation for Map 9 Lot 33- Class VI Road (Alder Plains Road) Katie read the zoning regulations that state that this property can be used for logging with temporary housing during logging and cannot be used for permanent residence. Question was asked about upgrading the road to Class V. A very expensive procedure for upgrading was summarized.

SPOD (Shoreline Protection Overlay District) Proposed: Surface Water Overlay District (SWOD) ordinance – schedule public hearing
The Board discussed comments received from legal counsel and agreed to schedule a public hearing on November 28.
Table of uses- Commercial – Mapping update
From September 26: Question: How does Bradford plan for commercial use? Access is limited on both state routes that run through and intersect in Bradford. Matt is looking into money available from DOT for the purpose of determining access on State Routes 114 and 103. Matt will check on money available from Department of Transportation.
