April 12, 2016
Meeting called to order by Erich Caron, Chair, at 7:00PM.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Motion to approve minutes for March 22, 2016 with the following corrections:
“Appointment of Officials” add in Election of Officials
“Susan Simano” add in Suzzanne Simano
Appearances:
Peter Isham regarding his gravel pit. Peter completed an application for his gravel pit 4 years ago and it was a permit for only 3 years. He now has a new application to fill out and wanted to make sure it was the right application that would extend his permit for 5 years. The board informed Peter that there is no need for a public hearing because this is a renewal. Peter also wanted to know if he sold the gravel pit, would the permit go with the sale, Claire James will follow up on this and get back to Peter.
Master Plan:
The online version is up and running, Claire had a hard time reviewing the map but called to have that changed. Member in the audience said that he had completed the online survey and there was no issue with the attached map. Suzzanne is going to leave blank surveys at the school for parents to pick up and compete. The board was wondering how many people have filled out the online survey; Claire will follow up on this number and get back to the board at the next meeting. Garret is going to talk to Lois about having blank surveys available at the dump.
Other Business:
The board discussed the process of approving new alternates, and then the board signed the “appointments” for the alternates to get sworn in.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
