Fisherfield Townhouses Condominium Conversion. Map 16, Lots 73, 77 & 82

You are hereby notified that on March 25, 2025, the Bradford Planning Board voted to CONDITIONALLY APPROVE the Fisherfield Townhouses Condominium Conversion located at 64 West Main Street in Bradford, Map 16, Lots 73, 77 & 83, in a Residential Business zoning district, with a vote of 4-0 all in favor. The conditions for approval are as follows:
1. Town Attorney to verify there is no action needed by the Select Board to change the driveway to a private road named Fisherfield Lane.
2. Receipt of a letter from the Fire Chief indicating that the numbering of the units and the name of the private road are acceptable.
3. Comply with NH DES ENV-Wq 1005.08.
4. Record condominium documents with plans.
5. Add a note to the plan indicating the road will be private and not maintained by the Town.
6. File a waiver for emergency services with the Select Board.
7. Add a note to the plan citing well rights are retained for lot 76 and cite book 975 and page 27.
8. Add a plan note stating that the units shall be for residential use only.
9. All conditions shall be listed on the plans.
Note: The conditions of approval must be met within 180 days or the application will be considered null and void. The applicant may request, in writing, an extension.
