You are hereby notified that on February 27th, 2024, the Bradford Planning Board voted to CONDITIONALLY APPROVE the Lot Line of Adjustment for Richard and Judith Curless as submitted to the Board on November 28th, 2023, for property located at 98 & 102 Davis Road, Bradford, NH 03221 Map 22/Lots 29 & 30, located in the Residential Rural zoning district, with a vote in favor of 4-0. The conditions for approval are as follows:
