You are hereby notified that on April 23rd, 2024, the Bradford Planning Board voted to CONDITIONALLY APPROVE the Lot Line of Adjustment for the line between the remainder of Map 5 Lot 114 and lot 12. In addition, you are hereby notified that on April 23rd, 2024, the Bradford Planning Board voted to CONDITIONALLY APPROVE the new subdivided 12-acre lot off of Lot 114 for Kathie W. Messer & Roy Joseph Messer as submitted to the Board on March 5th,2024, for property located at 408 Fairgrounds Road, Bradford, NH 03221 Map 5/Lot 12 & 114, located in the Residential Rural zoning district, with a vote in favor of 0-5. The conditions for approval are as follows:
- Receipt of a Town of Bradford Driveway Permit.
- Add a statement of Suitability note on the plan set.
- Depict the 75’ well radius on the well located on 12, in addition to the well and the well radius on the proposed new lot.
- Professional stamps and signatures as well as owner signatures need to be on the final plans.
- All waivers granted and conditions of approval need to be on the final plans.
Note: The conditions of approval must be met within 180 days or the application will be considered null and void. The applicant may request, in writing, an extension.
