Proposed Amendments to Bradford Earth Excavation & Reclamation Regulations

EERR Amendments reviewed, notable changes include:
- Permits valid for 5 years (previously 3yrs)
- Site inactive for 2 years begin reclamation process (previously 1yr)
- Inspection process revised to include checklist to ensure equal application and yearly inspections
- Fee changes
As a courtesy, revised EERR document will be sent to all active gravel pit owners within Bradford.
Public hearing closed at 7:20pm.
Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes reviewed and approved as presented.
Action on Proposed Amendments
Motion made to approve Proposed EERR Amendments. Motion carried 4-0.
Correspondence & Responses
- Information session with Bernie Waugh is scheduled for March 24, 2015 at 7:00pm in the Community Center Senior Room. Invitations sent to Selectmen, ZBA, Conservation Commission and Building Inspector.
- Planning Board received previously requested electronic documents for Map3 Lots74A+B. Still waiting on e-documents for Map2 Lot48. Secretary will contact property owners to offer assistance.
CIP
Discussions and planning for CIP 2015 scheduled to start Planning Board meeting 3/10/15.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 7pm.
