NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BRADFORD, NH ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Bradford Zoning Board of Adjustment will be meeting on October 7, 2015 at 7pm in the Youth Room of the Bradford Area Community Center on Main St for the following:
As set forth by RSA 674:33 I. (B) the board will review for acceptance an application for a variance request to Article III, Section D. 3 regarding setbacks. The application is submitted by James Wall for property located at 10 High St (Map 16-8). The request is to construct an addition to an existing garage which is approximately 24’ from the property line where 30’ is required.
If the board finds the application to be complete the board will move into a public hearing on the matter. If a decision is not reached the hearing will continue at the next meeting without further notice.
