Public Hearing on proposed Subdivision Regulations amendment opened at 7:00pm
Proposed addition read by the board. No questions from the public. Public Hearing closed.
- Motion made for amendment to be included in Bradford Subdivision Regulations as stated. Voted 5-0.
Public Hearing on Boundary Line Adjustment opened at 7:12pm
Proposed boundary line adjustment for Map 6-120 described by Clayton Platt, Surveyor, and questions from the public answered by landowners. Public Hearing closed.
- Motion made to approve the boundary line adjustment with no conditions. Voted 4-0. Claire James abstained.
- Site Plans and Notice of Decision signed.
Review and Consideration of Minutes
Motion made to approve minutes of August 25, 2015 without edits. Voted 5-0.
Site Plan Revision- Map 3-82B
Rick DeSchenes present to revise existing site plan for Breezy Hill Storage facility to add a storage building. After board member questions were answered a motion was made to approve site plan revision with no conditions. Voted 5-0. Owner will provide updated Site Plan for Planning Board records. Notice of Decision signed and a copy was given to Mr. DeSchenes.
Master Plan
Garrett Bauer gave a status update on the Master Plan. Board discussed ways to encourage town residents to fill out the survey. Garrett Bauer will continue correspondence with Mike Tardiff of CNHRPC regarding the survey and obtaining a digital copy of the Master Plan for the town website and will provide another update at the next Planning Board meeting.
CIP Update
Next CIP meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 09, 2015. The CIP will make a presentation at the Planning Board meeting September 22, 2015.
Additional Business
– Gravel Pit Permit signed for Hill & Dale, LLC
– Invoice approved for Public Hearing notices
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 7:00pm at BACC.
