SELECTMENS MINUTES
MARCH 10, 2014

The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Call to Order and Roll Call:
Harry Wright, Chair called the meeting to order with Sonny Harris, Marilyn Gordon, Treasurer, Cheryl Behr, Administrator, and Marge Cilley, Secretary present. John Pfeifle was absent.
Tax Warrant for Timber Tax:
The Selectmen signed a Tax Warrant for Timber Tax.
Review checklist for Independence Day:
A list of activities for Independence Day was reviewed and will be forwarded to organizers, John Mock and Perry Teele, to be reported back to the Selectmen early April.
Last minute concerns for Town Meeting:
It was noted that Town Meeting which was scheduled for Wednesday, March 12th has been postponed until Saturday March 15, 2015 at 9:00am, to be held at the Highway Department building, due to the possible snow storm on Wednesday.
Cheryl Behr will make a list of additional costs to be added to the Town Meeting expenses.
The Selectmen will alternate hours to cover Town Voting on March 11, 2014.
The Police Department list of February activities, listed by days, was passed out to the Selectmen.
Decision was made to hold off on fireworks deposit until after Town Meeting.
Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifests:
Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifests were reviewed and signed.
Review and Consideration of March 3, 2014 minutes:
Motion was made by Harry Wright to approve the March 3, 2014 minutes as presented.
Sonny Harris Seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Review and Consideration of March 5, 2014 Continued Minutes of March 3, 2014:
Motion was made to approve the March 5, 2014 minutes, continuation of March 3, 2014 as presented. Motion seconded and carried. Sonny Harris abstained. Motion carried 1-0
Reference to Letter December 2010:
Discussion regarding a Letter of Intent that was discussed on March 3, 2014 concerning property on 36 Mapleview Drive, Map 6, Lot 84, was not found per Cheryl Behr
Town Hall Restoration:
It was reported that several checks/pledges have come in from correspondence sent out to previous residents of Bradford by members of the Town Hall Restoration Committee members.
There being no other business to come before the Board. Meeting adjourned 6:05pm
