Select Board Meeting was called to order at 11:01 am.
Roll Call: Beth Downs (Chair), Marlene Freyler, Chip Meany
Also attending: Karen Hambleton, Town Administrator
New Business:
Set Tax Rate: The Board reviewed three projected tax rates each using $0, $50K and $100K respectively from fund balance to offset the tax rate.
Motion: Chip Meany moved that the Board use $0 from fund balance and set the 2024 tax rate at $15.73.

Decision: 3-0, all in favor
Sign TAN Request: The Board signed a letter requesting the treasurer initiate a transfer from the Tax Anticipate Note.
Karen shared that the new Kearsarge Regional District Superintendent has asked to come to a Select Board meeting. He will be invited to the December 16th meeting.

Motion: Beth Downs moved to adjourn the meeting to non-public session per RSA 91-A:3II(a) at 11:05 am.
