Roll Call- John Pfeifle, Chairman; Sonny Harris, Selectman; Jim Bibbo, Selectman; Karen Hambleton, Town Administrator and Marilyn Gordon, Treasurer were in attendance
Regular Business:
- Plowing Craig Road: The Road Crew approached John Pfeifle with safety concerns about plowing Craig Road. Currently this is a Class 5 road. John asked Karen to look into what it takes to change a Class 5 road to a Class 6. There is currently one home on the road. No one lives there year round though the family has occasionally used the property in the winter. Jim Bibbo suggested reaching out to the property owners to see if it can be plowed on an as needed basis. John made a motion not to plow past the turn around on Craig Road; there was no second to the motion. Karen will reach out to the property owners to share the Town’s concerns regarding plowing the road and also ask for an idea of when/if they plan to use the property this winter.
- Trumbull-Nelson Contract: The Board would like to have the Town’s attorney modify this contract to protect the Town’s interests.
