Appearances
Chris Mock is concerned about the rocks and potential change in elevation of the bottom of the river at the site of the Breezy Hill Bridge construction. He is concerned that there have been a lot of rocks placed in the river and that will constrict the water flow through the bridge. Chris informed the Board that he personally talked with the engineer at the site but did not feel he got an adequate explanation. He also spoke with one of the bridge crew who felt that the width and depth were not restored to their original elevation. Karen has spoken with the Engineer on the site and been informed that he will be on site on Wednesday, March 30th, 2016 at 9:00am with the hydrology expert.
