- Minutes from the February 10th and 17th, 2020 meetings were reviewed.

- Account Payables and the Payroll Manifest were signed.
- The Board signed authorizations for deposit and transfer functionality from the Town’s bank account, adding access for Erica Gross and removing access from Laurie Colburn, to enable job requirements of the Deputy Town Clerk.
- The Board signed the 2020 Warrant.
- The Board signed a Personnel Action Form to hire Erica Gross as Deputy Town Clerk/Tax Collector.
Public Input:
- Marilyn Goldberg asked what date the Independence Day celebration would be. Jason believes it will be held June 27th, 2020.

- As people were filing from the room, Marlene Freyler asked about the status of removing the dumpster on Dunfield Road. Michael replied that the dumpster was still on site.
