Meeting called to order at 5:30pm
Roll Call- John Pfeifle, Chairman; Sonny Harris, Selectman; Harry Wright, Selectman
Appearances
- There is nothing new at this time to report from the Town Hall Committee
Regular Business
- Selectmen signed the amendment #5 to Breezy Hill Road contract
- Reviewed Budget Changes
- Article 15: Motion to change amount to $120,000.00, passed 3-0
- Motion to change Highway Operation budget to $505,000.00, passed 3-0
- Reviewed Town Warrant
- Karen will work on a slide to show at the town meeting showing where the finances are coming from for the Pumper Truck and also the savings the town will see by purchasing the Pumper Truck.
- Joint Town Efforts: Reviewed information that John Pfeifle provided to the board regarding the financial benefits of working with surrounding towns in certain areas (i.e Transfer Station) It will be announced at the Town Meeting that there should be a Task Force to further research the pros and cons of working with the surrounding towns. This Task Force will consist of volunteers.
- Wilcox update: Case has been postponed.
- Harry Wright will run as a write in for Trustee of the Trust Funds at the Town election on March 8, 2016.
Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifest reviewed and signed.
Minutes of February 1, 2016 meeting were reviewed and accepted with no change. Voted 3-0.
The next Selectmen’s meeting will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016.
Meeting adjourned at 6:20pm to Non Public per RSA 91:A3IIa personnel.

- Article Four(Fire Pumper Truck)- There were no questions or comments, motion to move, passed 3-0
